Covid-19 identified as a new type of coronavirus. It is caused by SARS-CoV-2 which intitiates what doctors call a respiratory tract infection. It can affect your upper respiratory tract (sinuses, nose, and throat) or lower respiratory tract (windpipe and lungs).

While we keep our distance to stop the spread of COVID-19, staying active is critical for both our physical and mental health. Although, currently gyms and fitness centers are closed there are still many oppurinities to incorporate fitness into your schedule.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, schools have been forced to close and tranistion into remote learning. However, many students here on the island will not have access to computers to attend the online classes and to take their examinations.
